On June 20th, 2009 our Spring Concert will be taking place. Please purchase tickets in advance at the school of music. There will be three seperate times as the students will be grouped by age.
The N.J. Crescendo International Competition was held on December 6th and 7th.
The Competition consisted of 180 students from the U.S. (including students from Juilliard School of Music in New York City), Russia, Germany, Australia
The students were put in age groups for the competition
Rainone's School of Music entered
SEVEN students and
ALL SEVEN RECEIVED MEDALS 4 GOLD and 3 SILVER
The
GOLD medal winners are invited to perform at Carnegie Hall in NYC on January 24th
The
SILVER medal winners are invited to perform at the Crossroads Theater in East Brunswick on January 25th
The credit for this high degree of success goes to the hard work of the teachers, parents and students.

Laura was the 1st place winner in the "Little Mozart's" audition during the Crescendo Festival at the Monmouth Academy of Musical Arts. Laura was one out of 200+ students to take home the trophy, diploma and cash prize. We wish to congratulate Laura and her entire family, as well as the teachers at Rainone's School of Music.
